Through its annual Prom Gear Exchange, Catholic Social Services (CSS) of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia helps teens go to the big dance in style, and for less. The exchange provides gently used formal attire for free — along with makeovers, healthy snacks, informational resources, and a few practice turns on the dance floor. With a little “take two” attire that saves them money, teens can have a first-rate experience on their special night.”
